Upon removal, the aluminum molecular layer is transferred to cardboard surfaces, resulting in aluminized cardboard. This advanced packaging material adds vibrancy and a metallic finish to products, eliminating the need for extensive hot stamping. Embracing the principles of vacuum aluminum plating, the cardboard surface is enveloped in a precise layer of aluminum, measuring only 0.25um to 0.3um. PET Reflective Film: Optical Excellence for Diverse Applications

PET reflective film is characterized by superior optical properties, a smooth appearance, reliable thermal stability, minimal shrinkage, and resistance to aging caused by light exposure. It finds utility in various applications, including lens-type retroreflective film and top-type reflective film, both of which utilize aluminized PET film as a reflective layer. Glass beads with a refractive index of 1.9 are affixed to the film using pressure-sensitive adhesive, followed by a protective layer of butadiene.
