Jumbo bags (Big bag, FIBC, Bulk bag) made from PP (Polypropylene) woven with high strength. Jumbo bags are often used to store foods such as rice, pepper, coffee, flour, milk powder, sugar, etc. with a load capacity of  500kg – 1500kg.

1.Square Jumbo bag, intake manifold, discharge bottom

Square Jumbo bags, bottom discharge tube usually used for foods fine powder, granules, bars.

Material: Jumbo bags for food usually have a square body with a body fabric weight of 150 – 180 gr/m2 depending on the load capacity of the bag, usually beige or white. For fine powder products, the body fabric will be coated with an additional layer of PP glue and sewn with anti-scratch thread or uncoated with a PE bag (liner).
Size: depending on the requirements of the customer and the nature of the food contained inside. However, the common size is 90 x 90 x 120 cm.
Specification of the mouth and bottom of the bag: the bag is designed with a feeding tube mouth, the mouth of the bag will be sewn with a round tube with a diameter of 45 – 60 cm, a length of 50 cm – 70 cm. The bottom of the bag is also sewn with a tube similar to the intake pipe but usually with a smaller diameter called the exhaust pipe. On the body of the intake and exhaust pipes, there is a tie cord attached so that it can be tied after closing / unloading. According to the standards of jumbo bag manufacturer Louispack, the bottom of the discharge is always reinforced with lotus petals to ensure safety. In addition, with high-grade food products that need to be preserved well, the mouth and bottom of the bag will be sewn with a cover.
Jumbo bags are always sewn with 4 lifting straps to serve packing and transporting bags. However, depending on the customer’s request, the bag can be sewn with 2 more horizontal belts for hoisting.
Jumbo bags can be flexo-printed in 1 – 4 colors on 1-2 sides of the bag. In addition, the bag can sew A4 or A5 document bags on request

2. Anti-bulge Jumbo bag

Has the same material and design of the mouth, bottom, and straps as the jumbo bag, bottom intake manifold. However, the  bulge-proof bulkhead jumbo bag  is sewn inside the bag with the walls connecting the corners of the bag, keeping the bag after packing, the body of the bag does not bulge. Therefore, jumbo bags with anti-bulging septum absolutely cannot use liner bags.

When using jumbo bags with anti-bulging bulkheads to store powdered products, they need to be moisture-proof and leak-proof. The manufacturer of the jumbo bag will use coated fabric and the seams will be sewn with leak-proof thread to reinforce and cover the needle marks.

Anti-bulging bulkhead jumbo bag has the advantage that the bag does not swell much compared to the unpacked size, making it convenient to pack the goods into the container. In addition, the balance helps the bag stand firm when stacking the bags, limiting the risk of falling.

3. Square jumbo bag with lid

Square jumbo bag with cover has the same body design as one of the two types above. However, the mouth of the jumbo bag is sewn with a tube with a height of 50 – 70cm with a circumference equal to the body of the bag called a cover. On the body of the hood is also sewn with a lanyard to tie up after closing the goods.

The intake manifold jumbo bag will usually come with the discharge bottom. However, for jumbo bags with lids, in many cases, the discharge bottom (closed bottom) is not used.

Covered jumbo bags are used to store granular products, bars or other small bags and bags. Covered jumbo bags are often used for customers who do not have a standard closing system, the large lid helps to make manual and semi-automatic closing operations easy.
